Packaged ETP

Pre-engineered to offer quick and easy installation for the industries where space is a constraint as the minimal civil is required at the site and offers the benefits of mobility and ensuring the waste water treated water norms.

Key Features

  • Modular Design
  • Skid-mounted or containerized units.
  • Reduces design and construction time.
  • Minimal civil work required.
  • Suitable for small to medium industries
  • Designed to meet CPCB/SPCB discharge standards.
  • Produces effluent suitable for discharge or reuse.
  • Lower capital and operational costs compared to conventional ETPs.

DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Unit

Remove suspended solids, oils, greases, and other contaminants by dissolving air into water under pressure and then releasing it at atmospheric pressure. The released air forms microbubbles that attach to particles, making them float to the surface, where they are skimmed off.

Features

  • Efficient Removal – Targets oils, greases, non-soluble organics, and suspended solids
  • Compact Footprint – Requires relatively small space compared to other treatment methods
  • High-Quality Effluent – Produces clarified water suitable for reuse or discharge
  • Polishing Step – Can be used after biological treatment for final clarification
  • Sludge Thickening – Concentrates biosolids for easier handling and disposal

Application

  • Pretreatment – To reduces load on downstream biological treatment units as in Dairy Industry
  • Post treatment – Integration with Coagulation & Flocculation
  • Suitable for oil refineries, petrochemicals, paper mills, food processing, and textiles

Equipment

Flotation Tank, Recycle Pump, Air Saturator / Pressure Vessel, Air Compressor, Pressure Reducing Valve, Scraper, Chemical Dosing System, Flocculation Tank
